Landing pages are always attached to a Mailing List.
Create or Open an existing mailing list to begin.

Scroll Down to find the Address Collection Landing Page tool on the left.
Create Page
Fill out the information in the tool. Then, click 'Publish.'
Get Link
Copy the link when it appears to use it! You can visit the link to see what it looks like, or embed it anywhere with an iframe.
